Vibro sifter

Vibro shifter has a circular gyratory screen that is used to separate mass composition of solids and liquids according to their grades and particle sizes. Vibration is generated in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor that is designed especially to meet various requirement of our clients global wide.

Vibro Sifter works on the principle of gyratory vibrations. It helps to separate material based on their particle size. Once the vibratory motor is energized, it causes vibration to the screen/sieve allowing the material to travel across the sieves depending on its particle size. The sieves are suspended on a spring to prevent transmission of vibration to the floor.
