Tubes (Seamless)

Multilayer Seamless tubes with very good quality printing and lacquering with gloss or matt finish manufactured from a semi- automatic plant from Bonmac – Taiwan. 5 layer tubes with good barrier properties with 6 colors printing and over coating with varnish / lacquer can be supplied. Tubes with labels can also be supplied. Decorations like hot foil stamping on tube with silver or gold foils can be done. Induction / Top seal facility on orifice for tamper proof is also possible. The product range presently available are 19mm, 25mm, 30mm, 35mm, 40mm and 50 mm diameter. In house facility to produce stand up Caps , Flip Top Caps , Conical caps & Snap-on caps with desired colours to match the tube is possible.

Co-extruded tubes are widely used in Cosmetics, Personal Care products, Oral Care products, Pharmaceuticals, Household and Industrial Products and also in packing of food products.
